To make your experience even better, we’re excited to announce a major update to our extension. Here’s what’s new:

✨ What’s New in Version 3.0.0

• 1. Date Derivation

  Many reviews in Loox hide the posting time. With the new parsing system, you can now derive the review’s posting date from its image link. Unfortunately, for reviews without images, the posting time remains unavailable, and you may still need to use placeholder dates.

• 2. Multi-image export and high-resolution images

  Previously, the plugin could export only one image per review, and it was a non-original thumbnail. Now, we support multi-image exports, with each exported image being the original high-resolution version uploaded by the user.

• 3. Support video and image download

  You can now download pictures and videos locally at any time. Generally, images don’t need to be downloaded, as they can be imported directly via links. However, video links are usually invalid since videos are streamed as segments. To use videos, you need to download them manually and then upload them to the Loox system’s backend.

• 4. Review Editor

  Based on a suggestion from customer @ericjuels24, we’ve added a review editing feature.

• 5. History of website visits

  We’ve added a browsing history feature, allowing users to quickly reopen previously exported websites (up to 10 entries).

• 6. Modified the login method

  We’ve updated the login process. Previously, accounts were activated using license codes. Now, we’ve switched to a website-based login system, which is more flexible and reliable. Existing users are not affected.
